Lessons from the Comedy Workshop

Lessons from this week's show of Recalculating Route: Comedy Workshop, include valuable notes such as: Take time to find humor in the things around you, try the Rule of Three by listing items in threes where the third is the funny point, and why you should avoid the Atwoods in public. (And that paragraph was an example of the Rule of Three.)

We also noted uses for humor: To ease anxiety, make a point, reduce embarrassment, burn calories, make memes, cheer others, and to show that you take yourself lightly.

And we shared valuable lessons like: Don't be a stand-up comic if you like to pay bills regularly, humor is everywhere if you take the time to adjust your view of things, and never do a show with your spouse.
